Major retail chains run hundreds of promotional campaigns per year -- weekly circulars, seasonal events, regional variations -- each requiring coordination between product data, store hierarchies, and print production teams. Before Omnioffer, this was Excel. We built the marketing automation PIM that replaced it for major US grocery and sporting goods retailers.
The problem
Retail marketing teams were managing the entire promotional campaign process in Excel and email. Organizing product data from hundreds of vendors, assigning products to store-specific print layouts, managing regional variations, and producing final proof documents for print and publishing teams -- all by hand, across multiple departments and agencies. The process was slow, error-prone, and impossible to scale.

What we built
Omnioffer -- a marketing automation PIM that manages the full campaign lifecycle from product data to print-ready output. Product data upload from multiple sources (cloud, Excel, CSV) with automated comparison and grouping. Products are assigned to specific spaces in the campaign layout, with support for multiple store chains, regional divisions, and print versions.
The system generates a wireframe view of circulation copy that acts as the final proof document before printing. Built-in version management and review workflows. Deployed at scale across major US retail chains, including top grocery and sporting goods retailers with their own banner chains and regional divisions.
