We're a product design and engineering studio in Hyderabad with a US base in Austin. We work on enterprise products for clients like Nike, Deem, and Dr. Reddy's. Our people stay because the work is real and the culture is senior-first.
Why people stay
We have engineers and designers who started their careers with us 10 to 15 years ago and are still here. That kind of tenure is unusual in this industry. It happens because the work is complex enough to stay interesting, the team is small enough that your contributions are visible, and the culture trusts you to make decisions rather than waiting for approval chains.
You work directly with the client's product team. Same standups, same repo, same Slack. You're not writing code for a spec that was handed down through three layers of management. You're making product decisions alongside the people who own the product.
What we look for
Senior people who care about craft. We don't hire for titles. We hire for the ability to take a complex problem, make a clear decision, and ship production-quality output. If you need someone to tell you what to do next, this probably isn't the right fit. If you thrive when given a hard problem and the trust to solve it, we should talk.
Product Designers
Enterprise UX, design systems, research. You think in systems, not screens. Figma fluency expected.
Frontend Engineers
React, React Native, Flutter. You care about performance, accessibility, and user experience, not just feature completion.
Full-Stack Engineers
Node, Python, cloud infrastructure. You build for production, not demos. You understand scale.
AI/ML Engineers
Model integration, agent architectures, computer vision. You build AI that works for real users, not just in notebooks.
