Innovative IDM needed a unified B2B platform that could handle 10 million industrial automation products from 10 manufacturers across 100 categories. We built the storefront, the ERP, the customer portal, and the mobile PWA.
The problem
IIDM's potential customers lacked awareness of the full range of products and services available. The existing system made it difficult to browse 10 million products across 10 manufacturers. Accessing repair services was unclear and frustrating. The company needed a single platform that could serve as both a marketing hub and a fully functional B2B procurement system.

What we built
A comprehensive platform with four connected systems: a unified B2B website and e-commerce storefront, a custom ERP for internal operations, a customer portal for account management, and a PWA mobile application for field use.

B2B E-Commerce
Product catalog covering 10M+ items across 100 categories. RFQ system, dynamic pricing, and tailored product configurations.
Custom ERP
Tasks, purchase orders, invoices, sales orders, CRM, and messaging. Microservices architecture with 200% speed improvement.
Customer Portal

The approach
We designed and built a unified digital platform to centralize IIDM's industrial automation products and services. Using Angular, PHP Laravel, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and AWS, we created a scalable architecture supporting high-volume product data. Data pipelines using SFTP, APIs, and web scraping aggregated information from 10 manufacturers into a structured catalog. We also developed a custom ERP, customer portal, and a PWA for quote approvals to streamline purchasing, service access, and internal operations.

The outcome
The platform unified over 10 million industrial automation products from 10 manufacturers into a single searchable catalog across 100+ categories. Customers can easily browse products, submit RFQs and repair requests, and manage orders, quotations, and payments through a dedicated portal. The custom ERP improved coordination across sales, service, inventory, repair and engineering teams while integrating with CRM and accounting systems. The result is a streamlined digital commerce and service platform that improves product visibility, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
